Little (or Big) Things to Ponder

So recently I have been reading this totally awesome book entitled "Authentic Beauty" by Leslie Ludy. This book has set out to help in "shaping the heart of a set-apart of young woman." This book has been a huge encouragment to me in so many ways already, and i haven't even gotten that far into it. In this book the one thing that it talks about is that inside every young woman there is a princess who is in search of a prince. Alot of books now a days they kinda make a woman, such as myself, think that its not ok to dream those dreams you dreamt as a young girl after watching all those disney princess movies, but in reality its ok to have those desires of a prince ... our God created woman to have those desires ... but he created those desires to be used to long for Him, you see - He is our relentless pursuer and longs to have the intimacy and passion that we as woman so desparatly crave for in human men ... when we in our human natured crave a man's attention then we are only putting that guy above our Prince. Its not that our Prince does not want us to desire a man of our dreams, but when that desire comes above our desire for Him. There is a phrase that I have said many times before and I am really starting to take it to heart, it says "A girl's heart should be so lost in God, that a man would have to seek God in order to find her" and that is so true i have meantioned before that God will only give us the desires of our heart if we believe and seek after Him. A truely God-centered relationship only happens when we (the guy and girl) and so in tune to with God, that God will naturally bring them together in His timing.
